Implementation is an action for doing something used to describe the interactions of element. Implementation is the process of putting a thought or plan into an action.

These are the steps taken in ERP Implementation
1.) Approaching the problem at hand→ To get the best results, We first analyse the requirement of the client and then execute it in a good manner. After the clear understanding of the problem, ERP is implemented and maintained for a good and best productivity and functionality.
2.) Agile methodology at work→ Agile software development provides a group of software development methodologies based on iterative development, where business requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organizing cross-functional teams. Agile methodology generally promote a project management process that encourages inspection and adaptation.

3.) Requirement research→ Research requirement is the first step of an implementation. In this step, we manage and develop specifications, workflow, research and present a successful statement that is put forward as a premise to be maintained and proved. And other parameters analysis that is required and important to implement the OpenERP/Odoo system. research is based on the nature of the organization.
4.) Assessment→ In Odoo, assessment is the process of gathering and discussing information from multiple and diverse sources in order to develop a deep understanding. With clear requirement research, the next step assessment is to correctly evaluate and access the different procedures with the organization.
Assessment refers to the wide variety of methods or tools that can be used to evaluate, measure and to understand the key risks of the ERP implementation.
5.) Project Planning→ In other words project planning means systematic sequencing and scheduling of the tasks comprising a project according to the need and requirements of the clients. In Project planning firstly we set the objectives that should be measurable. Secondly we identify the deliverable.
After that we planning the schedule and making the supporting plans.

7.) Solution design→ In implementation, Solution design, not only improves the functionality of the system, Solution design will help us with understanding to approach a business integration problem.
8.) Getting Odoo/OpenERP up and running→ We can install and configure Odoo/OpenERP to update and upgrade the source list and install all the latest updates.
There are few required package list in Odoo/ OpenERP. To get Odoo/OpenERP we will install web dependencies and database that is required for client.After installation of database we will create database users and groups.
9.) Data transfer--> Data transfer also may be accomplished through the use of network-less environments, such as copying data to an external device and then copying from that another device. With all the configuration and implementation done, It is high time to get started with the transformation of data from old system to the new system. The data transfer is apply in a systematic manner so that no data is lost or duplicate.
Data transfer utilizes various communication medium formats to move data between one or more nodes.
10.) Training--> Training is one of the most important and essential steps to utilize the whole system. With proper training, we can easily get started with the ERP and work at high productivity.
